Details and Contact

In addition, and for something a little special this year, we have teed up some of Canterbury's finest chefs to work alongside the stallholders who will be turning their produce into tasty treats for everyone to taste right throughout the day. The idea is that everyone can sample a bit of all Akaroa's finest produce with recipes to give away so people can recreate them themselves.

We're delighted to have the following local food heroes confirmed. These fabulous foodies will be producing dishes that represent the Peninsula's finest fare on the day. Their dishes will be available for people to purchase with the idea being that they also collect a recipe card and purchase your product.

Darren Wright - Chillingworth Road
Steve Bradley - Akaroa Cooking School
Matt Dickie - Coopers & Co
Fran Sansano Anaya - CURED
Platters - Barry's Bay and Akaroa Butchery

There will also be a cake auction with all proceeds to go to the Akaroa Health Hub. If you would like to enter please contact us on the details below.
