Nestled in Akaroa’s picturesque village, the Akaroa Bowling Club combines a rich history with a world-class setting. Established in 1906, it’s a special place where bowlers can enjoy the sport just steps from the sea.
Open to everyone, the club offers new and old-style bowls for use, with green fees for non-members. Club days are held Thursday, Friday, and Saturday afternoons at 1:30 pm.
Facilities include an artificial green, coaching, a clubhouse with a licensed bar, a BBQ area, and wheelchair access.
