The Akaroa Croquet Club, situated in the sports area next to the tennis courts and behind the Grand Hotel, offers a welcoming atmosphere for croquet enthusiasts.
With two full-size croquet lawns and dedicated club rooms, the club is a perfect destination for both locals and visitors from New Zealand and abroad. Guests can enjoy playing equipment provided by the club for a green fee of just $8.00, allowing for a full day of play.
The club hosts golf croquet sessions every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, starting at 1:15 pm, with games lasting approximately 35 minutes over three hours. The playing season runs from the first week of September to mid-April.
