The Community church of Akaroa Banks Peninsula is a friendly, inclusive church, built on Presbyterian and Anglican traditions. Church services every week at 10am Sunday in Akaroa. The 1st and 3rd Sunday of the month in St. Peter’s church, Rue Balguerie. The 2nd and 4th Sundays in Trinity Church, rue Lavaud. We have many groups such as Mainly Music for pre-school children, Women’s events, Men’s homegroup. Our worship style is modern and contemporary on some Sundays, and more liturgical and traditional on others. We like the richness of tradition and modernity. Our church buildings are historic in nature, and we see tradition as a strong force.
